New Update Announcement

Network map, autoscaling, dev branches and server analytics

Networks just got a lot smarter

A visual network map, servers that size themselves, dev branches you can merge, and analytics for every server.

Draw your network on the map

Every network now has a Network map. Drag your proxy and your game servers onto the canvas, link them up, and the panel writes the config files for you - the Velocity or BungeeCord server list, the forwarding secret, the Paper settings on each backend, all of it. Changes save and apply as you draw, and the map tells you exactly which servers need a restart to pick them up. New Velocity, Waterfall, Folia and MultiPaper plans are available to build with, including a one-click MultiPaper cluster.

Open a network and hit Network map to try it.

Autoscaling inside your pool

Flip the new Auto switch on any server in your network and it will borrow memory and CPU from your pool when it is busy, then hand it back when it goes quiet. A lobby can drop to 512 MB overnight while your SMP takes a few extra gigabytes for a Saturday event, all without you touching anything. You set the floor and the ceiling for each server, and every change is listed on the network page so you can see what happened and why.

  • Opt-in per server - nothing changes unless you switch it on.
  • Grows within minutes when memory, CPU or TPS say a server is struggling.
  • Only shrinks after half an hour of being idle with nobody online.
  • Minecraft servers are restarted for a memory change only when they are empty, so nobody gets kicked.

Dev branches

Open the menu on any server in a network and choose Create dev server. You get an exact copy - same plan, settings and files - clearly marked as a dev branch everywhere on the panel, so you always know which one you are editing. Test new plugins, mods, resources or configs on the branch, then press Merge: the panel scans both servers, shows you every file that changed, and copies the ones you pick onto the main server. Worlds, player data and logs are never touched. You can also pull the latest changes from main back into the branch.

Works for Minecraft, Rust, FiveM and BeamNG servers.

Server analytics

Under More in the sidebar of every server you will find Server analytics. Switch it on and the panel takes a reading every five minutes: players online, who plays the most, TPS on Minecraft or frame rate on Rust, CPU, memory, disk and network traffic, and uptime. Everything is saved in an AtomicHost folder on your own server, so the history is yours to keep, download or delete.

Meet Atom, your server assistant

Open the chat bubble in the bottom corner of the panel and say hello to Atom. Ask it anything - how to add a plugin, why your server will not start, what a setting does, how to set up a proxy - and it answers straight away, day or night, with steps that fit your server and your plan. If it cannot solve something itself, it hands the conversation to our team with everything already written up, so nobody has to explain the problem twice.

Atom gets a lot more useful when you let it look at the server you are asking about. Grant it access from the chat (or from the Support tab of the server) and it can read your crash reports, logs and config files for you, then tell you what actually went wrong instead of guessing. It only reads what you give it access to, only while the access lasts, and every action it takes is logged on the ticket where you can see it.

Prefer to hand the whole thing over? Switch Atom to Auto-edit from the chat and it will fix what it finds - renaming a broken jar, correcting a config line, removing a plugin that keeps crashing - and tell you exactly what it changed. In the default Ask me first mode it shows you the change it wants to make and waits for your yes.

Small things

  • Right-click a conversation in the support chat and choose Close to close the ticket and clear it out of the chat for good.
  • The network page has a tidier layout: resources sit next to each server's name, and the rest of the actions live in a menu on the right.

As always, if something does not behave, open a ticket and we will take a look.
